A Desperate Cry
I wander about all alone in the cold.
If I came to your door would you turn me out, or would you shelter me from the cold?
I start to cry. Out loud... so bold.
If I came to you, would you dry me teary eye, or would you laugh? Please don't scold.
I want to say I love you, more than the stars up in the sky.
If you found out would you say you love me too, or would you be so cold as to say good bye?!
