I sometimes underestimate the impact I have on others. It's well within my ability to calibrate the effect I want to have on others. My newfound sense of personal discovery and the steps I've been taking toward living a real life with real reactions to real situations will make me more independent. Occasionally, this may lead me to act out impulsively. Because I'm so in touch with my own desires and cravings, I'll react quickly to situations that hadn't bothered me before. For instance, if someone has been flirting with me and Im not really interested, I might just tell them to move on. This impetuousness may startle some, particularly those who have a romantic interest in me.
