I am a successful professional; optimistic and passionate in all aspects of my life. Fun-Loving, Young at Heart, Mature, Faithful, Loyal, Honest, Stable, Dedicated and Affectionate. I'm at a point where I know what I want out of life, so I don't have time for someone that wants to play games or some one who is full of drama. I'm the type of person who sees the glass as “half-fullâ€, believes in romance, chivalry and that it’s the little things in life that are often the most memorable! Family values are important to me. I come from a great family and hope to meet my not only a great woman, but my best-friend. I’m not looking for a “perfect†match, since some differences do make life interesting! But, I am looking for someone who wants the same things in life and in a relationship, someone to share new experiences with, who doesn’t take themselves “too†seriously and knows how to have fun! I Love to have a good dinner with some drinks or just relax on the couch with a movie and some wine (especially during a good Storm!). I also enjoy Cooking (I'm the Firehouse Chef), the beach, traveling, day trips, Walking around, Games, Wineries, Skiing and Museums,Learning new things or finding new things to do! Wouldn't it be nice to have someone you could depend on, someone who you know is a solid, stand-up guy? You know, you'd have someone you could really talk to about what's going on in your world, and someone you could celebrate life's little victories with. You'd have someone to share a lazy breakfast with on a Sunday morning, and someone to go out with in the afternoon for a trip to remember. Along with that you'd have a partner to cuddle with, share affection with, revel in each others differences, and discover one-another's similarities. It all starts off by meeting someone who you don't know at all. Then, you get to know them a bit, and if you start to like them you spend more time together. After a while you look forward to seeing each-other more and more. And at some point you get to know each-other so well, and enjoy each-other's company so much, that you feel like two parts of a puzzle that fit together. If you get to that point, you win! You know, I suspect that the reason so many people are not married is because they've never given enough priority to finding the right person. These days I give a lot of priority to finding that special person and settling down. That wasn't always the case before. The challenging thing about life is that wisdom is acquired painfully and over time. The wonderful part is that, if you're up to it, you can find the beauty and peace that comes with self-awareness. If you are hung up on age, I won't pass the test based upon my birthdate. That is one variable that's beyond my control. However, if it's about enjoying life and learning, count me in.
