I have 3 real passions in life 1) music 2) racing 3) fitness

For music, I am in a band. It's metal, you would probably hate it. So that's all I will say about tht.

Racing, I race Karts. Google "karting". There is nothing like going 120mph 1 inch off the ground!

Fitness, this is super important to me. I am a personal trainer and have been for about 10 years. I don't really take clients anymore. If I do I pick them. It's mainly for my own personal knowledge. I run 2 of my own fitness websites and I have published 2 fitness books.

The most important thing in my life is my daughter. She is 4.5 years old and I would die for her. I am very big on family. Family always comes first. And you don't have to be married to be a family. Just saying.

I love to laugh. I am very sarcastic. I am very affectionate when I am with someone. I am a MAN don't worry, I just know how to treat a girl. Any MAN that does not show affection and love is a huge ass **** in my book.
