It's like a game. You go to the next harder level to reach, but you have to earn the points. The more points you earn the higher the level you go. The higher the level then they start having you get certain things from others (online) to level.
The more comments you leave for people, or clicking on their"like" button or rating their pics or rating them gives both yourself and the other person points and then you level up...lol.
