you go to your home page then 'my skins' which is on the left, either browse the ones made or use your own. i haven't made a layout before so don't know how to do it. you can also set a photo you upload by choosing 'make background'.also, you can rip someones skin, like mine, by going to the bottom of the persons profile page, under the comments back, and choose 'rip skin'i hope this all helps :o)
