I'm Melinda… but most people call me Lynn. I believe we live in a cynical world; therefore, I try to be the best person I can be, one day at a time. We are constantly re-creating ourselves to look, act, and do things that are consistent with whom we believe we are. There are many things in my life and/or world that keep me going, especially my twins—a beautiful girl, Kaitlyn, and a handsome young boy, Christopher. They are seven years old and definitely keep me going. They are my pride and joy, and the reason I wake up every morning to fight this harsh world we live in. I’m very optimistic and I believe everything happens for a reason, whether it is good, or bad. When one door closes, one always opens! My strongest weakness is my HEART, and because of it I have endured a lot of hardships. I LOVE with all and then some, I GIVE too freely, TRUST too much, and BELIEVE that eveyone I encounter through life will be SINCERE, TRUSTWORTHY, and HONEST. However, I've learned the hardway and through many tears, heartaches, and disappointments this is not always the case. But it's through times such as this---- that only makes me stronger for the next time someone may stop by looking for or is in need of a friend. And if it's you, please know and understand, I'm by far from being perfect... But I'll give you a TRUE and HONEST friendship, along with a HEART,that will hurt when you hurt, cry when you cry, smile, laugh and rejoice with you when you're happy, a SHOULDER to lean on for strength, Ears, that will listen to you when you need to talk, and last but not least, a HAND, to hold to walk beside you. No matter the distance that may seperate you and I-- I'll be there for you and with you through whatever you may be going through at the time. Because through my journey of life, I've learned that there is no distance that can seperate the heart.
