it ruins you doent it .. the stroke that is .. .he had to learn things all over again ... like typing, driving, walking, talking ... he was a mess when he got out of the hospital. To see him 10 months later now it is amazing how well he progressed. Docs are calling him a walking miracle.
My husband is a stroke survivor also ... 10 months ago ... a brain stem stroke... he died and came back... what kind and when did you have your stroke ... sorry to hear about your wife
