Well i dont get on here a lot these days so i thought i would change my profile to suit.36 years old and i live in essex in the UK.Cant get on much here these days as a change of job takes up all my time and effort.got 4 kids who are all wonderfull.made a few life style changes this year to try to eat better and drink less(seems to be working lost 2 stone from jan) lol.messed up on a few things last year but its my goal to repair everything.i like to go out with me mates at the weekends and can be usually found in one of the bars in southend on sat nights.main intrests are my motorbike and banger racing dont get a lot of time for much else.work these days is landscape gardening and forestry work(hard but keeps phil healthy).remember work hard play harder people but dont get hurt
