Greetings each..Well this boring old git doesn't get much free time to do anything . What time i do have is dedicated to my martial arts club (traditional japanese arts). It has made me a better person , the reward from my little students is beyond all verbal discription .It is a sense of well being, a sense of inner peace . Whatever your goals in life may be.either short term or long term.make your ultimate goal in life.be peace and when you find it,pass it on to someone else
