Well I am happy to say I have re-lost the weight I gained back after quitting the "diet center". Back down to as light as I have ever been in my adult life. This time I did it the old fashioned way - diet/exercise. This means since Thanksgiving I've gone from 303 to 283 - 20lbs. Yeah!!!! Most of that was probably water weight but hey - lbs gone are lbs gone!!! Yeah!!
Hope I can keep changing my eating habits and keep loosing weight.
