I come from a family with deep roots in southside Virginia. Raised on a tobacco farm on the edge of moonshine country I have some old-fashioned values and reserve but an artist's concern and gentleness, and take pride in a battle-toughened hide.
I'm personally easy going, romantic and sweet, so I'm told, but have the critic's scowl and crackle. A fan of acoustic music I listen to live shows most nights. When I travel I look for good brew pubs to sample what I would never be able to taste in a bottle. I listen well and have great patience. Am told that I have a mind, heart, and spirit much younger than my years. . . . . . . .
I could say that I'm known for being able to fix 'most anything; my mind (that's for others to describe);
my doggedness (woof! woof!); my spirit, humor and smile.... I'm drawn to the ocean but am a particular fan of the Southwest -- I think the land there slowly comes to affect one deeply.
