It's a New Year! I'm excited to try new things and have new experiences. I truly believe that if you think good thoughts and do good things, that all comes back to you. All I want is to be healthy and happy so I set some goals.
1. I'd like to get in better shape and build some muscle. A daily work out schedule is a must. Exercise helps relieve stress.
2. My entire house needs decluttering and organization. I'd like to clear out half of my belongings by the end of the year. Sell, donate and reorganize. Always feel happier in a clean, tidy environment.
3. Save money for travel. I love visiting new places. I also love Florida.
4. Set up a vegetable garden. I buy almost all organic for health and it can get costly. Plus, there's nothing like fresh picked out of the garden.
5. Make more time for friends and family. I apreciate everyone in my life. I work too much. Time management is key.
I could go on but these are most important and I figured if I wrote them in this blog I can hold myself accountable.
