Aloha, my name is Mona and I live in Hawaii on the island of Oahu, at a town called Ewa Beach. I am 53, divorced, mother of 3 and tutuwahine of 8, well just 8 for right now!! I am a local born 50% Hawaiian, although I have lived state-side for some 12 years Hawaii is home and I will live out the rest of my life here... I mean do you blame me??!!

I am a cancer survivor 20+ years. Radical treatments from a time of lesser technology eventually has disabled me into a wheelchair for the past 15 years. Never been bitter about it sorta gives one a different point of view on life, not better or worse just different. I am still a very strong, independent and resourceful woman. My family is my life and I am very proud of them all.

I have lived a full life and accomplished most all I desired. Now I reap the rewards of it each and everyday, not with gold in my pockets or fame upon my face, nor a mansion high on a hill... but with smiles from my grandbabies, tears of joy shared with my children and to have been loved by the love of my life!!
