I am a teacher by trade and a healer by design, choice, and necessity. I am also relied upon as a mentor by many, and it is quite an honor for me to guide and give counsel to others as I grow as well. I love what I do and what I can do, and enjoy sharing it with others even more.

I am also the divorced dad of the two greatest sons in the known universe. They are 17 and 16, and every day my love for them and pride in them shines a little brighter, and my thoughts of them bring me more joy. I just began the first semester of my Master's program in Special Education - a challenge after 9 years out of college but less overwhelming as the days pass, and shouldn't be too bad once I dig into the semester and start knocking out my papers and get back into the flow. If I am not meditating, reading, or taking a relaxing bath while doing one or the other, you'll find me laughing and being a little silly while singing, playing guitar, acting, writing, watching movies, watching or playing sports, and/or walking through nature. My favorite things about myself (and others) are honor, character, passion, and a loving, and playful spirit.
