The Dancing KittenOnce there was a kitten,She lived at home with me.Her fur was black and white,She was a tiny little thingOne day, I came home early,From school, I had run When I saw my little kitten,Having lots of fun!She stood upon her hind legs, She twirled so fast around That I was scared that she might fall Hard upon the ground!I watched her hop,I watched her jump,I watched her twirl and spin!And when I thought it over, She started up again!And so I have a dancing cat A strange thing some believe But, the thing about a dancing cat Is that she’ll dance with me!
