-Music: Swami on 94.9 is the ultimate for me :) The most amazing music to me is the old Metallica. The new Metallica is the worst music in the universe. Bob Marley, Lee Perry, Augustus Pablo. Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath. The sound of a sport bike in motion at about 9,000 - 15,000 rpms and shifting gears, up and down:)
-Movies: Donnie Darko, Touching the Void
-Heroes: maybe Dan Millman, but definitely Bob Marley, Lee Perry, old Metallica, and Johnny Cash... for starters.
