Keep Calm and BEACH ON:) I am a looking for a REAL and serious relationship with someone who values living by a gorgeous Beach, good communication, strong values, and believes that "simplicity is luxury".

My focus these day's are being a good landlord to 7 properties in Oregon and Colorado, but my main line of work over the years has been in the Health and Wellness Industry....So now I enjoy a very nice income from both and I LOVE working from home)

Also my weekly Interests include playing or exercise by the Beach a few times a week, Movies, Cooking healthy (mainly stir fry, barbecue and big tasty salads with all the Stuff in them), or enjoying a nice restaurant somewhere. Where I live we have FRESH Seafood and locally grown fruits and vegetables from local vendors and supermarkets)

Personal hobbies would include Jeeps, Camping comfortable, Nature, Music, Movies, playing my guitars, Real estate and Interior Design just to name a few..... If you like the beach as much as I do you might like to know I am literally a 5 Minute walk away.... My home sits on a hillside looking down on a place called "Harris Beach State Park", and there is a ton of things to do around here if you love nature, being outdoors year round AND NO SNOW (Snow is an hour away)!! Yes we have a lot of rain 3 or 4 months out of the year but is never that cold, I even wear shorts in Winter)

Also if you are curious about the weather in Brookings you might like to know we are in what is called "The Banana Belt". A weather stream that comes in from Hawaii giving us the best climate in summer and winter (they call this the "Brookings effect", look this up Online). Summer days are usually near perfect as temperatures range in high sixties to high seventies pretty much Year Round....On occasion we have a warm toasty-hot day or week in the mid 80's which is always welcomed here as humidity is always low here and very comfortable)
