I grew up in a very small remote village in Southeast Alaska. Born in Bethel, Alaska raised in Chefornak. Single. I have four kids. Three boys and one girl. I came from a large family of ten. I love life, my family and friends. My experiences while growing up has given me alot to reflect on today. Some good.....some bad. Am not a perfect person nor a perfectionist. I have learned that in my culture about one thing and has cracked me up. Someone who isn't very well knowledgable with our culture is either shocked or amazed. Example is raising the eye brows and smiling at the same time. In our culture.. it means "yes." indoor/outdoor sports (most), a good movie, variety of music, art, crafts, traveling, a good vacation. Flying.... I prefer to fly in a supercub. listening to a good story sitting in front of a campfire and sippin. meeting new people. Watching a beautiful sunset/sunrise. Photography...whenever I get the chance to do it. Food... love to cook and try new exotic foods. Many other interests that I can't say too much about.

My late Gram .... she walked for many miles on the tundra and I had to look for her. :) God only knows how old she was when she decided to go home. She scared the wits out of me when she opened her eyes as I was trying to count her wrinkles on her face LOL ... I think I got to about 127 or so.
