Ok sorry if this is long, ok so my ex and i are doing our taxes and he finds out he will have to pay in so i tell him he can claim two of our kids and say they lived with him at least 6 months so he could use them on his taxes, he found out he would get a nice chunk of money for me letting him do it, I owe him some money for a vehicle i bought from him and i told him if i let him claim the kids would he take off what i owe him from that amount and he said yes now his taxes are done and so are mine i got screwed and got less than $1000 back and he said i have to give it all to him he is not deducting what i owe him from what he got. WTF thats not fair. I have not turned in my taxes yet should i claim all the kids and make him take them off his or say f&*k take the loss.
