Ok I've already asked my family doctor, psychologist and psychiatrist, but I want the view of strangers on the internet just to see if anyone else experiences this...
As some of you know (because I'm very open about it), I have OCD and a big part of it is my hypochondria which leads me to always think I'm dying. I've gotten blood tests, stool samples, everything and I'm fine. My last blood test was last year and I wanted one now but my doctor said we can wait til I'm 40. He realizes I'm neurotic obviously. Also, I'm on cipralex, propranolol (beta blockers), and have ativan on hand which is I barely take.
Anyway, I thought maybe my diet and specifically the times I eat at can be contributing to this nausea every morning. I'll give an example. Yesterday my first meal was at around noon. I made myself oatmeal. Then I went to that cafe to ask out that cute girl and had a flat white at around 2 pm. Then I had subway at 4 pm. Then I ate a chicken souvlaki meal at the restaurant near the hotel pool at 9 pm. This is pretty typical for me. I also eat cookies and other junk.
This morning I had nausea...it's important to note it gets better once I get up and eat something.
What could it be? Sorry if this is long, I'm usually good at being concise. |
