| My dad forgot my birthday. It was yesterday and he never called or came by or anything. The thing is he told my Aunt Becky and went to see her yesterday he even sang to her. When I was younger it was common for a week to go by and nobody would even think about it or remember. I don't understand exactly how he forgets, because his birthday is exactly 9 days before mine. Everyone in my family knows mine and my Aunt Becky's is the exact same day. I don't expect a big gift or even a dang card but is it to much to ask for a parent to remember their child? My question is this should I tell him that he hurt me or should I just forget about it and let it go? What would you do? |
