This is the group that my wifes cousin is in. We went there yesterday and welcome him home.

More Area Troops Come Home
VOLK FIELD -- Around 200 troops from the 1-120th Field Artillery Unit returned home yesterday.
The rest had to wait until today.
Newsline Nine was at Volk Field for their return and we caught some of those heart felt reunions.
"There's no way to describe it. This is my family. It's too big for words," says Sgt. Fsc. Lawrence Hutchinson of Stratford.
"Outstanding. There's nothing better," says Sgt. Jesse Borchardt, originally from Wausau.
It's outstanding because like the rest of the 1-120th Field Artillery, Sgt. Borchardt has been away from his family for over one year.
"It was very hard. Very tough," says Jesse's wife Mary.
But tough is an understatement.
These soldiers had to miss out on so many things.
Like the Borchardts, Jesse had to miss the pregnancy of their second child.
And each hardship was different for every family.
For some members of the Hutchinsons, it was knowing Sgt. First Class Hutchinson was overseas by himself.
"It was my unit prior too. I had gotten out. And to see your father go and get left behind. That's tough," says Lawrence's son Darak Hutchinson.
And even though the troops are home safe, some hard times continue.
For Staff Sgt. Michael Plante of Wisconsin Rapids, his thoughts are still overseas.
"My brother's over there. My brother's in Baghdad. We're still praying for him. Keeping a close eye on the situation," says Staff Sgt. Plante.
And for other families, rough times still lie ahead.
"I re-enlisted for another 6 years. So if they call me up I'll go," says Spc. Richard Sturms of Oconomawoc.
But for now, all families are doing the one thing they've been thinking about this past year.
Being together.
"It's wonderful. He's home. And we can start our life all over again. And start fresh," says Robyn Plante, wife of Staff Sgt. Plante.
The 400-plus National Guard unit spent the last year working security details in Kuwait.
It's made up of soldiers from Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids, Marshfield, and Clintonville.
The troops will be debriefed at Camp Douglas for the next several days.
And then, they will be able to go home.
