| My spine has seen better days....I have been sleeping on various chairs and couches while my dad recovers from surgery. I am on week 3 with 1 more week to go. I'm limited on what I can do to get all the bones in their right spots. I'm also extremely sleep deprived so dipping to the gym for a lil is out of the picture. I have viable options: a cot or an air mattress. I see pros and cons to both but what one will cause the lesser of the pain? |
