I have been at this job for almost a year now, they have jut recently brought in new uper managment. more often then not no biggie, but they changed the way some things were done. Again not to big a deal bosses change things. Now the problem is this; we ae behind because of the changes trying to learn a new systen does not always happen over night. The new rooster is upset because we are behind, we are behind because the new Rooster changed too much at once. So what do I do now?
A. take the crap as it comes and continue to work 10+ hour days 6 days a week
OR
B. Try to talk to the new rooster and share some ideas on how to make things run smoother |
