I have a friend that lives about 2 hours away from me.
She lost her job in May right before Memorial day and her health has gone downhill since then.
I have been laoning her $$ in the beginning and found some assistance programs to help with her utilities & rent.
She went to the food bank Saturday hoping to get turkey and stuff to make dinner for her, her son and his friends that do not have any place to go for Thanksgiving. She ended up with random, eggs, milk, bread and tiny cucumber??
So should I send her $$ to go buy the stuff to make dinner or should I order it online from the store and have it delivered to her??
I offered to have them all up to my house but its a 2 hour drive and she doesn't think she can handle to drive with her health. |
