I'm J.W. My favorite band is Social Distortion. I absolutely love my music... I like many types of punk and very little country but a little country (a lot of the old country). Me and my daddy loved Brooks And Dunn. I love to sing all the time. One word I would use to describe myself in volume is very philosophical, even though my philosophies are sometimes very disorientated, they seem to make sense to me. I'm also singel and looking. I play/own 2 guitars in all my free time. One is a Aria Les Paul Copy (Electric) and The other is a Harmony Marquis (Acoustic). My way of thinking is simply this, if you treat me with dignity I will give you that same treatment. If you think I'm stupid and can't figure out deception and try to f*ck with my life, well then your the one my friend who is pretty damn stupid. I also don't forgive easy so if you don't wanna stop being friends or stop associating with me in general just don't destroy me emotionally or try and hurt me. I still remember things people did too me 3 years ago (Yes I hold grudges). Its been a pretty hard-knock life for me but I'm managin' ok (sometimes and sometimes not). My mom died when I was 3 and my dad when he was 5. I loved my dad. He was my only world and when he left the world I felt so disillusioned, lost, unable to comprehend death at such a young age. My dad wanted me to become either a country musician or rockstar when I grow up. I realize I have a more secure future in singing than playing guitar because I'm extremely good at singing, more so than playing guitar. I won the talent show one year at my school singing "Story Of My Life, by Social Distortion. I love to just learn the names of songs and the artists and learn the words to their songs. I like to listen to music that is serious and has a lot to do with what I actually consider "Real Life", meaning they don't have to do with stupid worries typical teens worry about such as what shirt should I wear today mentality or the happy stupid fake love story type songs where life doesn't apply to it at all and if they do its 1 million to one chance that it actually happens. To me its just jaded teenage music . And a lot of the other teenaged songs I've listened to do with what I can gather is this message: that I should get everything free and I should not have to give anything back. Yea some music I listen to is considered offensive but I don't let it mess me up subliminally. I know it is just a song. And some songs I listen to can be applied to my life. Another thing is I don't kiss people's butt like many other people in this school/town I go to or live in. I've paved my own way with somewhat stable moral values (my anger can get the best of me and ruin them but you can see it when my anger isn't overshadowing me). I can play guitar because I am persistant and disciplined in what I do. And By the way I'm not saying that everyone in my town "buttkisses" I'm just saying that a lot of them do. I hate conformity in every fashion, size, or state of mind. I believe in independant thinking because without freedom of the mind... what else are you left with? Being kept down is the worst feeling in the world. Stay liberated. I drink a lot of coffee in the mornings. I don't believe in TV. I'm certain that after we die the worms eat our dead corpses.
