I have a new client in the landscape field. He is taking care of apartment complexes. He hired me to turn on the irrigation systems.
All the systems are fubared, im charging a good rate to turn them on, but theres may problems.
I could charge him more to fix.
I could bill the complex.
You tell me at the same time I dont want to lose a new client.
I dont want the complex to give the guy a hard time. |
