Once, in the not too distant past,I had the pleasure of learning the meaning of humility.
I was a fast food employee for 2 years, an eternity from a financial point of view. An experience which enriched my life (entirely by accident; don't try it at home unless, like me, you had no other option at the time.) I say that it was enriching because it provided me a hands on, first person view of the people around me. Its always better to examine something one self than trust any statistical information! The observations I made were astonishing to the point of creepiness and some times disappointing beyond belief!
All things occur to an arbitrarily set pattern, in the case of fast food there are many of these patterns but the most central is the times that people have been trained to eat i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner (or as they are dubbed in the midwest Breakfast, dinner and supper.)It came to my mind early on that there was no good reason why we all have been trained since birth to eat at certain times! Some would say that the schedules of peoples jobs would be the reason for this; but that logic is eronious due to the fact that the act of eating would obviously predate scheduled work.
