Here goes my story puttig it short. Been married 10yrs together 16+. He has now decided to tell me its over...lol...I already told him that. We have been seperated for 2rs or more. And I continue to take care of myself, our 18yr old daughter which is now due with 1st in Mar. '08. We still have nothing for the baby. All I have is a ck from SSDI which we know is not much. We even walk everywhere we go. He has his Harley, Van and Truck. Should I take him for half of all thier value or tell him buy us a $1000 car and he keeps all. I could also take him for spousal support which I have chosen not to do..
A: Take him for half
or
B: Let him get me a car for $1000 and keep all of the rest. |
