Im an artist-I paint I draw I sculpt sometimes

Im a musician-Drums vocals woodwind instruments bass and enough guitar to be dangerous

I studied martial arts from the time I was 7 till I was 23-Its left me nimble and flexible all my life

and as of this writing Im 55 and can still manage an intense spar with kids 30 years younger

I dont practice regular due to a bad car accident a few years back but Im sill in good shape

Cooking-I love to cook.I get out of the women folk's way during the holidays.Not sexist at all its tradition

However I have a few dishes I love and keep it simple-however Im always trying something new

Every Sunday I make a huge breakfast-traditional but with a few favorite twists.

Dance-if you are a martial artist dancing comes natural and vice versa.

When I was young I loved to ski.snowboard,roller skate.Hadnt been on a pair of skates

since I was 34 but threw on a pair and took off like Id never skipped a beat(As of 7/5/18)
