I am really stressed about a lot of stuff lately (finances, having to put my cat down in 3 weeks, kids being sick, and very personal shit) and have gotten some advice on how to release the stress from a couple of friends and family members and do not know which to do.
A.) Should I go to the shooting range with my dad
or
B.) Just cry as hard as I can into a pillow?
I am open to any other suggestions too. |
