Here's a quick and easy way to communicate with a loved one, even if you can't reach him/her via the usual methods! Best times to perform this spell: *Anytime 1. Calm and center yourself. Close your eyes and bring your beloved's image to mind. Visualize this person sitting in front of you. Imagine a beam of light flowing from your solar plexus to your beloved's solar plexus, connecting the two of you. This ray of light is a conduit through which you can communicate instataneously, using the language of pictures. 2. In your mind's eye, create an image that expresses what you would wish to say to your lover, then send it through the conduit of light. Feel the light beam vibrating as your message is conveyed to the other person. 3. Now empty your mind and allow yourself to recieve a reply-that reply may come in the form of pictures, feelings, sensations, or words. 4. When you've finished your "conversation", say goodbye, retract the ray of light into yourself and open your eyes. This spell may take some time to master, as it requires you to sit still for a period of time and concentrate on sending pictures to someone else through your mind. I reccomend that you first try meditating before you do this, because if you don't get used to it, there's a possibility that this won't work for you and you'll get mad and give up.
