This is going to be long, so I apologize in advance.
My husband is involved in a fight with his sister over some property they own jointly. She has started a smear campaign with his family. The outright lies to date are:
1. He started this while she was pregnant. Truth : Her lawyer sent the first letter. He called his lawyer off when he found out she was pregnant.
2. He has accused her of embezzlement from the joint account. Truth : All he asked for was documentation of all the money she claims she is owed.
3. She has kept the books in good order. Truth : Her lawyer just sent a letter stating that she just found @$48,000.00 that was put in her personal account.
My husband has received numerous phone calls and emails regarding these lies and is hurt every time one comes in. The whole thing is ripping the family apart.
My question is (if you have made it this far LOL!) would it be a bad thing to post all the letters and emails between both lawyers on a website for anyone who wants to know the truth to view? It would have a disclaimer to not read unless you want to know the truth of course. |
