Today is the first day since Christmas eve that my girlfriend and I have had time to spend together. She just took a phone call from a work colleague (for 45 minutes!!) and is now really giving me a hard time. I offered to make her coffee and she yelled at me that I should be washing up the pots for her daughter instead of wasting time making coffee. She always manages to bring tension into times when we are together alone, and I really don't want it today.
So here's my question: should I go to visit my parents, where people actually want my company, or stay and hope things improve here? |
