I'm originally from Pascagoula, Ms and I was thinking about moving back there for a job. It's not a great job considering mostly men do the work. It's working in a shipyard. But they pay $13/hr to start off with no experience. I'm going to school here in Lafayette and living with my dad, but I'm tired of living with my dad. Around here if you don't work offshore or have a degree already you almost don't make enough money to live on your own unless you are on some type of welfare. So my mumm is...
Should I move back to the MS Gulf Coast to get a job paying decent money even though its a hard job, or should I stay here in Louisiana?
BTW...I go to UoP and they do online classes so its possible that I won't have to completely drop out of school. |
