I'll try and keep this as short as possible.
My son Teal who is 32 months old has cerebal palse which effect his walking ability n speech. He live with me on a full time basis (long story, short version took his mum 2 court and got full custody)
His mother has taken an overdose and self harmed herself last friday as she n her fella had a massive bust up, now no longer together. She was due to have little man from Friday to Sunday, three kids, of which her eldest lives with her dad. Teal with me and the younger one now taken away by her father. This is not the first time and no doubt not the last either. She has no money or means of getting to see our son. My son has been asking for his mum since friday (wierd I know). She wants to see our son tomorrow. Because of her mental state I'm very cautious to say the least. I've said that she can see him as long as he does not go out of my site.
Am I doing the right things here. As it's hard to try and play devils advocate, I don't want my son upset. |
