Ok, started like a normal work day, it was Wednesday which is one of the two busy days of the week. i got to work and they had me scheduled to haul which is basically just riding around the warehouse and outside the warehouse on a really fast pallet jack with a blinky light. on top so the truckers outside hopefully wont run you over, and you have to wear a shiny reflective orange vest. And of course it was cold and raining super hard and really windy. So then at about lunch time they tell us that there is one hour of voluntary overtime to those that sign up, so i sign up, but then by second break they just announce that there will be two hours of overtime for all classifications. So i end up working a twelve hour shift doing the easiest job in the warehouse but in really sucky weather. So that kinda sucked but was nice at the same time. Anyways, then i get off work and go out to my heaterless car and proceed to drive home in morning rush-hour traffic. Get home and eat a bit and play on the computer a little and then we take off to the beach at around 8 or 9 in the morning to pick up some people we said we would pick up last week. So we take off and eventually get there a little over two hours later. Then we go to the beach to play around a bit before we pick peoples up because why go to the coast if you arent gonna enjoy it a little bit at least. So we pull into the parking lot at the public access beach and there are seagulls everywhere and it is hard to keep from running over them because they are so think on the ground and not afraid of the cars, we even had one land on our hood while we were driving through the parking lot, and it did not move even after we finally stopped moving and parked. So then we wished we had some bread and remembered that we had an unopened bag of potatoe chips in the back so we got that out and those seagulls were nuts. They would land on our arms and just sit there eating potatoe chips off of our arms and then some of them would wait for more if the arm ran out, then eventually after a good while of playin with the seaulls we get out of the car and play with them some more, Kellie laid down on a picnic table and i spread potatoe chips all over her back and legs so she had all kinds of seagulls on her, it was funny. Then i sit down with them and put food on my knees and Kellie dumps some all over my lap and puts some on top of my hat. bIt is pretty funny having a seagull land on top of your head to eat potatoe chips. Anyways this is getting pretty long it looks like so i will shorten it up a bit. We picked up the peoples we went to pick up drove another two hours and some odd minutes back and dropped them off at their place which is thankfully on the way to our place and is only about a mile away. Then we came home and i went fairly straight to the bedroom to finally take my shoes off and get comfy. My feet were cold as ice from driving the car with no heater. So finally after working twelve hours at the warehouse and being awake for 27 hours i get to lay down to get some sleep, and man was that nice.
