Pulled something in my lower back a few weeks ago and after a few dr visits, massage therapists, a chiropractor and some great drugs..I am still struggling to find comfort with pain running up and down my back and legs, probably because I haven't been able to rest much with my travel schedule that won't be lightening up any time soon.

what is the best remedy for back pain therapy when traveling since the dr advice isn't feasible, yoga stretches make me cry and time off isn't an option.
