option to turn off seeing HTML in comments?

mum expired. [EVERYONE]

we have an HTML comment option in the profile settings (so you can control who can leave you comments with html code), but would you like one to turn off html comments on all other pages too?

this option would only effect you... so even if someone else has html comments on their page (profile/photos/blogs/mums/etc), you won't see it.... but it'll still be there.
