From the Shouts I have been receiving when I log on, it seems that it shows me online when I'm not. So - if it shows that I am online, but I don't answer your Shout, PLEASE don't think I am ignoring you. Odds are that I am not online.
I have seen bulletins from other people saying they are experiencing the same thing. Hopefully they'll get this problem fixed soon.
