The simple fact is the Judicial Branch swore the man in. Unless we of course think Chief Justice Roberts was some sort of leftist plant too. The fact "The Donald" has been owned all this week shows how this line of thought is not very constructive. It only creates jobs for pundits.
Yes, he was sworn in; however, it is not a great idea to have faked a document. I really believe he was born in Hawaii; BUT the faked document does show another reason for me to not trust him.
The fact that he was sworn in does not mean he gets to stay president if its ever proven that he is not US born. His validity as president, and all subsequent actions since having been sworn in would be called into question. In all reality, if he was born here - there's no reason he shouldn't and couldn't provide his legitimate birth certificate.

Are you saying that it is ignorant to be concerned about the laws of these United States? In addition is is a REQUIREMENT of the CONSTITUTION that the PRESIDENT BE UNITED STATES BORN.
THAT is why it DOES matter! Not knowing or caring about the Constitution is upheld is part of the reason Americans can be viewed as ignorant.
