I have a nurse who comes in that draws my blood and cleans my chemo lines (3 lumen pic line). Well, over the past several months she has been "jury rigging" stuff like my past feeding tube and liver drain. I understand not having the correct stuff can be a pain but that's her and my docs job to make sure it's ordered. She is older and set in her old ways. I've been thinking about changing services. Should I give her a break or move on to someone who is more "updated" on techniques? Cancer is nothing to be messing with. The bad thing is, she is kind of like family now because she has been seeing my mom too. 🤔
