We bought 2 brand new Semis, I assigned them 2 my two top performing teams. That's caused some heartburn with a couple teams that have been with us longer.
However, they don't produce what these 2 top teams do.
Was I wrong to opt for rewarding the new trucks to the top teams? Should I have assigned them by longivivity?
This isnt a union shop, performance matters.
Who would you assign them to?
