So the Polish Coeds backed out of renting my aptment and I am now left with just the retired carnival midgets but now they have a pet they "forgot" to tell me about. They say he is no problems and offered to double up on security.....but I have a no pet policy.......So what should I do
A. Pass up these tenant and hopefully the coeds will change their mind
B. Let the midgets move in with there donkey ( I don't like asking questions about peoples pet choices)
