Ok here's the deal... I evacuated from the New Orleans area (where I have lived all my life) to a tiny town in Arkansas because of Katrina. I have been given the option to buy this house I'm living in. (feel free to look at my house pics)
The landlord is all but doing back flips for me so I will buy this house. All new windows, new roof, new siding, expanding the bathroom. I even got to pick out the paint before I moved in. The landlord has asked me for a list of things I want done before I sign the papers to buy the house. Said I dont have to sign anything till all the work is completed. And Im free to have it all inspected. Even will all the repairs and updates the price of the house will stay the same. My loan will be $400 per mo for 12 years (fixed rate) + home owners insurance.
Did I fall in a pile of shit and come out smelling like a rose? Or do you think its built over a grave yard sort of speak and will be sucked into the earth like The Amityville Horror ????? |
