My job customer service rep. I am on the phones all day. When I get call I am mistaken for a man sometimes. So they keep calling me sir. I am told I don't sound like a guy by other people it is just at work when I am on the phone. It makes no difference to me at all if the make the mistake but my question is should I correct them that I am a lady?
