I have just found out that my son of 22 months has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy (sorry in advance if I have spelt it wrong) I'm trying to find out more information on the subject and would appricate it if any one could help me on this please.

He is my world and at the moment I feel like a major shock to my system.

Can you help me out on this please I'll be forevery grateful.
