If you would lose money if you hired someone that was black to work for you,( say your buisness was in a raciest white area, like parts of Utah, and I'm sure other states. ) is it right/ok to make it illeagle for you not to hire them based on the fact that they are black?
How can someone else tell you to do something that will cause you to make less money? And/or make the surrounding area think less of your buisness?
So if it wasn't illeagle, would you do it to make more money?
