| Do you think that we should do away with court mandated minimum sentincing of smaller offenses so that the option of punishment will be atleast probation, fines or community service and no time in jail? (im talkin traffic tickets, parking tickets and small drug possession type offenses). I think local gov. would proffit from doing so more then collecting tax dollars to keep inmates alive in jails. |
